We’re lucky enough at Ferman MINI and http://www.MOTB.co  to have plenty of parking space even with the construction going on but the dust from all the work could drive you up the wall..

You drive me up the wall!

Stop the Ding...

If you’ve ever put something on the passenger seat like a bag, backpack, groceries, dog, box, mail, coat, potatoes, gallon of milk, icecream, laptop case, luggage, bag of mulch (please say no!!), trumpet, gym bag, 2 liter or Root Beer or anything similar in size, weight or size you’ve likely been annoyed to all hell by the super obnoxious MINI warning sound (which by the way will chime 60 times and then start again once there is any shift in the weight/movement). As if we are not intelligent enough to know that every human sitting in a moving vehicle should be properly anchored with a seat belt! MINI feels we need to be reminded that SOMETHING is in that seat that COULD be the weight of super small child or hobbit and we should be ‘ding-donged’ until our ears bleed. End the annoying chime sound with this simple piece of metal that is sized just like the seat belt connector which when inserted into the belt receiver makes the car think the belt IS plugged in. Doubles as a large (like silly large-but still cool) keychain when not in use.

Not to be used to fool the computer if there REALLY is a person in the passenger seat!!

Warning

This Video was filmed exclusively on a closed road with a professional driver in ideal safety conditions.

Under no circumstances should you attempt to drive this way on test drive even one at Ferman MINI of Tampa Bay   (maybe a virtual one on http://www.MOTB.co)

Mad about ice. / News / MINI Motorsport.

Here at http://www.MOTB.co we don’t think we would be able to sell too many Ice Racing MINIs. Probably something to do with the climate but Jamaica had a Bob Sledding team so you never know. There have also been some questions as to what type of MINI do we have here as it looks nothing like anything we have delivered. Come in and visit or start a thread here as to what MINI you think this car started as.

Would this sell in Florida

“Find Your City’s Pulse” is MINIs latest contest that asks MINI owners to submit photography, graphic design, illustration, or collage that captures the true essence of “pulse” of the city in which they live. The winner of the contest will be awarded a new MacBook Pro.

MINI used in art concept

The “Find You City’s Pulse” contest is part of MINI’s larger “Not Normal” marketing campaign which celebrates the quirkiness of both the MINI vehicle and its owner. The goal is “to see your city’s colorful underbelly and the people that help shape it: from action shots of urban artists at work and their graffiti-laden abandoned concrete canvases, to DJs and VJs and impromptu street parties, to the anonymous faces that serenade your morning commute.”

It seems that this clever contest will strengthen MINIs branded image as an urban-chic automobile, linking its drivers to the cities in which they drive. Kudos to MINI for creating another fun, interactive marketing campaign that will certainly appeal to its target audience. All submissions will be showcased on MINIspace.com. Click HERE for more details!

First Place: MacBook Pro
Second Place: iPhone 5
Third Place: iPad Mini
Popular Vote Prize: Polaroid Instant Digital Camera

Some first rate MINI marketing for you folks today. For all the things MINI does well, and for all the ways they sometimes come up short, we can’t deny that as a brand, MINI and  Ferman MINI of Tampa Bay are consistently focused on having a lot of fun. In this latest video, we’re all encouraged to escape the ordinary …in a MINI.

MINI’s Paris Motor Show saw the debut of two production vehicles; the JCW GP and the new MINI Paceman. And as much as photos try, they often fail to bring you all the pomp and circumstance that is on display at the show itself. To rectify we bring you a video of introduction of the Paceman as well as comments from MINI Brand Manager Kay Segler

Ok, so we can’t all simply jet off to Paris, but you can motor on over to MINI of Tampa Bay, we just a up the road and to the left. We may even have some RedBull on hand, if you are in need of some wings.
